Spring is full of holidays, and the NADI groups all participate in the celebrations. This includes arts and crafts such as egg dying for Easter and making paper lanterns for Ramadan, the latter activity following the community Iftar meal. On Easter, the entire village participated in an Easter egg hunt organized by the NADI, followed by creative activities. When the Muslims celebrated Eid el-Fitr at the end of Ramadan, the NADI kids made date cookies and distributed them in the village. For the Feast of the Sacrifice, in June, the kids got a lesson from Sujud in cookie decoration, and prepared special treats for the holiday.

In one of the most popular activities of the week, Uri Edan, a ninth grader, volunteered with the fourth, fifth and sixth graders teaching them to play basketball.

Leadership: The Reut Sedakkah youth leadership program continued throughout the year with a counselor provided by the program. In June, the participants all attended a two-day intensive seminar in Haifa.

On the day of the terrible forest fire at the end of April, the neighboring village of Tal Shahar hosted village members until it was safe to return. The NADI kids decided to thank them with a big sign, which they hung on the village notice board.

When school was cancelled due to the conflict with Iran, the parents organized to offer the kids activities, each parent taking a day. Thus, the NADI was open every day for several hours in the afternoon. One mother, who is an orthopedist, taught the kids how to make a plaster cast for a broken limb. A father who is a director taught the kids how to make a short film. Yet another activity was interrupted by an air-raid siren, and everyone walked calmly to the shelter until the all-clear sounded.

After the end of the 12-day operation, the older group had a delicious pizza-making evening. The whole group also had a fun day at the Shfeyim water park, with a bus from the local council.

The theater classes had their final performance in July. The entire families were invited for an enjoyable event as the kids demonstrated their acting skills.
